Pedometer


Today at two o'clock I bought a simple
pedometer. Now, as I am going to bed,
I have walked 5640 steps since two o'clock.

Ten thousand steps are considered a good
beginning for your daily routine.
That is also what I usually do during an usual
workday.

My challenge this month will be to increase
my activities to 15000 steps and see what happens.
