Cantharells, fried in butter


Last Sunday I was once again in the forest to pick
mushrooms with my mother.
We found quite a lot.
This is what I received from my mother.


Frying it in butter, adding a little pepper and salt.



Adding two scrambled eggs.
The mushrooms themselves "shrink", but it was still
more than enough to eat.
