Step Four for Getting Rid of Blurred Vision: Back to Work

When I had my cataract operation, the doctor
told me not to lift anything above two kilos
for the first one and a half to two weeks.

In my usual job there is actually a lot of lifting
and carrying, often unintentionally and
unexpected.

So today I went to work,
but I worked in the office.
On one hand I did not lift anything heavy.

But using my eyes fairly intensively on the PC,
five hours was enough.
