Røros (Roeros) is on UNESCO's list of Heritage Places.
It is a small mining town between Oslo and Trondheim.
I have never visited Røros.
I hope I will be able to go there one day.
As I have been exploring Norwegian cheeses lately,
I found there was a cheese called Røros cheese,
produced at a mountain farm,
700 meters about sea level,
called Galåvolden Gård.
There even is a Røros cow, that is supposed to look like this.
